About the Chairman

Mr Sandeep Vaishnav is the Founder and Chairman of Xetlynx Group, founded in 2008, one of India’s leading business groups with diversified interests in information technology, banking & finance and Automotive.

Mr Sandeep is passionate about identifying and developing the talent required for the Xetlynx Group’s future growth. Through his oversight Xetlynx Group and group companies, he has made Xetlynx a more highly performance driven organization, while keeping the Group’s values front and centre. He has also spearheaded the Group’s Good & Green agenda to drive more inclusive and sustainable growth.

Mr Sandeep believes that a responsible corporate has a duty to give back to the community in which it operates. This belief has resulted in Xetlynx Group.

Mr Sandeep graduated in 2009 and completed his Masters in Finance in 2012.

Corporate Governance

Xetlynx Group firmly believes in the principles of Corporate Governance and is committed to ensure sustainable, capital-efficient and long-term growth. The group’s commitment towards compliance to the highest governance standard is backed by an independent and fully informed board, comprehensive processes, policies and communication. The group ensures that various disclosure requirements are complied with in ‘letter and spirit’ for effective Corporate Governance.

We adhere to the highest levels of ethical business practices as articulated by our Code of Conduct so as to achieve our performance with integrity.

The Ombudsperson Office provides an independent forum and vigil mechanism under the law for all employees and other stakeholders of the group to raise concerns and report any breach or threatened violation of the code. Any stakeholder (employee, associate, strategic partner, vendor) who observes unprofessional behaviour can approach the Ombudsperson Office to voice his or her concerns. The complainant may be either an observer who is not directly impacted, or a victim who is directly or indirectly affected by such practices.

The Office aims to provide a fair and equitable redressal mechanism. The process is designed to offer protection to the complainant provided the disclosure is made in good faith and the alleged action constitutes a genuine and serious breach of Xetlynx Code of Conduct. The Ombudsperson will treat all disclosures in a confidential and sensitive manner.

A person can raise a concern, in writing by giving background of the unprofessional conduct, reasons for raising the concern, the identity of the individuals who may be involved and documentary evidence, wherever available.
